Delivery Information

Please allow up to ten (10) business days to receive your order. If you require your order within a shorter timeframe, please contact us prior to purchasing and we will let you know if it will be possible to guarantee a shorter delivery time for you.

 

We aim to keep our postage and handling fees as low as possible and rates are charged based on your delivery destination and total weight of your order.

 

We offer a flat shipping rate of $7.50 for all items up to 500g and $11.50 for all items between 500g and 3kg. This will be calculated when you place your order and is clearly displayed on the checkout page prior to you confirming your purchase.

 

For larger items above 3kg, we will email you with a quote for shipping of your item/s.

 

All orders are shipping using Australia Post.

 

 

Returns & Refunds

Returning products to us

 

You must notify us of any product that is found to be faulty or not as advertised in writing within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving it. Claims for refunds made outside these time periods, may be declined by us, subject to relevant legislation.

 

We reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned product prior to offering a refund. This may result in the refund being refused, subject to relevant legislation.

 

You will be entitled to a refund where we are required to do so under any relevant legislation. In most cases, this legislation is the Competion and Consumer Act 2010. Please note, refunds will not be provided in the event you change your mind.

 

Delivery/Return Charges

 

If you are entitled to a refund, you will be entitled to a refund equal to the cost of the product only, excluding delivery and return charges. Children's Disability Products are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged return deliveries. We therefore recommend that you return the product via Registered Post so you have proof of dispatch and delivery.

 

Refunds

 

If your refund is approved, after assessing the condition of the returned product and its packaging, you will receive notification confirming your refund has been approved.

 

We endeavour to process refunds within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, via the same payment method used to purchase the product. Please contact us if you have not received this within 14 days.
